By accessing and purchasing from Spicy Salt Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products

Spicy Salt is a seasoning product made with Carolina Reaper pepper and ancient sea salt. We strive to display our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural nature of our ingredients.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across North America. Our shipping terms are straightforward:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
• Maximum shipping time is 10 days from the date of order.
• If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
• Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund.

5. Liability

Spicy Salt contains Carolina Reaper peppers, which are extremely spicy. You assume all risk associated with consuming extremely spicy foods. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, discomfort, or injury resulting from the consumption of our products. Start with a small pinch.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
